    Afterward, transfer privately to your hotel and enjoy the remainder of the evening at leisure. Depending on your arrival time, you may wish to relax at the hotel or enjoy your first glimpse of Cairo’s lively atmosphere.

    Day 2 – Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum

    Your first full day in Egypt begins with one of the world’s most iconic landscapes.

    After breakfast, head to the Giza Plateau to stand before the monumental pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. As you walk through the site, your guide will explain how these structures transformed ancient engineering and why they continue to fascinate travelers centuries later.

Our tour prices are quoted in US dollars per person per trip, but you can also choose to pay in Euro or GBP. Once your 12 Days Egypt Explorer Tour is confirmed, we guarantee that no changes will be made to your rate from our side.

Tips for Departure:

On the final day of your 12 Days Egypt Explorer Tour, it is advisable to avoid booking any outgoing international flights before 3:00 pm. You may also consider extending your stay . Our Tour Leader is happy to assist you with arranging additional accommodation and transfers if required.

Children Policy:

- Infants (up to 2 years old): Free of charge when sharing with their parents.
- Children under 6 years old: Pay 25% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children under 12 years old: Pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children 12 years and older: Considered adults, paying full rates.
- This policy applies to one child sharing a room with their parents, with a maximum of one child allowed per room.

To ensure you secure the 12 Days Egypt Explorer Tour at the desired time, we recommend making a reservation early. To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25% is required. During peak seasons like Christmas and New Year, the deposit increases to 50%. This deposit will go toward your final payment, which is due one week before arrival or in cash upon arrival.

Installment Policy:

We offer a convenient installment payment option, allowing you to spread the cost of your 12 Days Egypt Explorer Tour over 6, 9, or 12 months. You can pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Egypt using cash or a credit/debit card. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount in monthly installments before your trip begins.

Tipping:

Tipping is a common way of showing appreciation for exceptional service, although it is not mandatory. It is often seen as a gesture to acknowledge the dedication and effort of service providers. However, it's important to note that tipping should not replace an employer's obligation to provide fair compensation.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of canceling your 12 Days Egypt Explorer Tour, the following charges apply:
- 61+ days before arrival: 10% of the total price.
- 31-60 days before arrival: 20% of the total price.
- 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
- 1-14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.
